Warren Weir, our stunning waterside events village, is the ideal setting for a private banquet, celebration, wedding or corporate event for up to 300 guests. The function building includes five dedicated event suites, bar, leisure facilities including a gym, swimming pool and snooker room as well as 84 bedrooms. Surrounded by a vast area of parkland, you have an array of options available for your event.

Our team of expert chefs will provide you with a number of dining options based on your personal tastes and requirements. These will be served to you by our highly trained and discreet banqueting team, who will be on hand throughout your event to assist and ensure it runs smoothly.


Unique Celebrations and Large Events 

The surrounding grounds have previously been transformed into a winter wonderland, ice skating rink, summer fate and funfair with carousels and bumper cars. Clients who are hosting spring and summer functions at Warren Weir can enjoy barbeques, hog roasts and al fresco drinks receptions on the perfectly manicured lawns. A regular venue for charitable and organised events, the estate has also played host to the Jenson Button Triathlon, raising thousands for The Jenson Button Trust which helps a number of charitable causes.

The team at Warren Weir have built strong relationships with an exclusive list of external suppliers which can cater for Asian, Kosher, Greek and Jewish celebrations, weddings and events. With exclusive use of the function suites and kitchens, you have everything you need at your fingertips to make your event perfect.

Once you have chosen your preferred suite, our Executive Head Chef and events team will provide you with dining options based on your personal requirements.

On the day, your menu will be served to you by our highly trained and discreet banqueting team, who will also be on hand throughout your event to assist and ensure it runs smoothly.
