Personal training sessions start from £35 an hour if you are a Country Club member, but can also be booked in advance by our hotel and spa guests for £60 per hour.
Our Personal Training sessions consist of four parts:
1) Introduction, understanding your needs and goals
2) Warm up and mobilisation
3) Bespoke conditioning and strength training
4) Cool down and reflection
Each session is designed to help you improve your physical and mental wellbeing whilst progressing your overall fitness levels to reach your goals.
At Luton Hoo we have a fully equipped fitness suite, infinity pool and over 1000 acres of parkland. Your Personal Training sessions can be tailored to your needs, so can be a mix of indoor anaerobic and outdoor aerobic training if desired.
