The treatment we received at the Luton Hoo was excellent, Janet Large was exceptional with her help and advice through out from start to finish and Bobby my events manager on the day was brilliant. I would strongly recommend this venue to my friends and family. We had a wonderful day and my husband really enjoyed his 50th Birthday celebrations. Thank you for making his day extra special and going that extra mile.
The Bond Family - 70th Birthday Celebration

We all had the most wonderful family weekend at Luton Hoo celebrating David's 70th Birthday. All the arrangements were perfect - the welcome, the rooms the golf, spa, surprise birthday cake, celebration dinner, shooting and afternoon tea -I could go on!! All the staff are so friendly and helpful (even the weather was perfect!!) I would like to say a special thank you to Janet Large who was fantastic! Right from the first telephone call nothing was too much trouble for Janet. She made great suggestions and was very accommodating when I asked for a few changes. A great asset to Luton Hoo. I would definitely recommend Luton Hoo to anybody and we will be back!

Luton Hoo is a wonderful setting for a group gathering with great facilities. Everyone was very helpful especially Janet Large helping with all the event planning beforehand and Paul who looked after us on the evening.
All the staff were very efficient, cheerful and polite. I think all our party had an amazing time and we are very grateful to everyone at Luton Hoo.

I had excellent internal feedback from the Partners that attended my event on 25th/26th May. They thought the food, accommodation and level of service was impeccible and they were pleased the GM came to meet them. I would not hesitate in using Luton Hoo for an event in the future and would love to come and stay one night and see for myself how lovely it is!

I shall be obliged if you will pass on our sincere thanks to the Manager and staff at The Luton Hoo Hotel, who dealt with our group in a very professional yet friendly manner during our stay. Whilst the hotel and its facilities are obviously first class, what made it so special for me was the friendliness of the staff who were so helpful and approachable. I’m not sure I have spoken to supporters of so many different clubs employed in one hotel! Although we did not achieve the result we desired at Wembley our preparation could not be faulted in such glorious surroundings. The added benefit of course is that the bus doesn’t get stuck at the gates when you are trying to leave for the match!!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your whole team for the consistent excellent service throughout the Lee Cooper event. The first class attention I received from Lisa Jackson from the offset was carried through the whole team for the entire event and I very much appreciate this as it reflects my judgement in choosing this venue for my client.
