ADAM'S BRASSERIE

Housed within the historic Robert Adam Stable building and designed by the distinguished 18th century architect Robert Adams, the Adam’s Brasserie offers excellent food in relaxed surroundings. The décor is light and contemporary, with leather sink-in banquettes and  chandeliers adorning the ceiling.

True to the star-studded legacy of the building, the restaurant’s walls are lined with stills from many films and TV shows, which have been shot on location at Luton Hoo. There is also a reference to the previous use of what is now the Brasserie as a cinema. Visiting royalty including Queen Mary are known to have watched films here alongside staff and members of the Wernher family as part of Christmas celebrations at the house.

The Adam’s Bar, connected to the Brassiere contains an array of pictures and artifacts dedicated to the family’s prized horses and resembles that of a traditional stable building with oak beams.
